Job Description:
- Monitor and manage incoming faxes related to medical records, patient referrals, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare documentation.
- Accurately sort, categorize, and file faxes electronically within the system.
- Ensure timely and proper routing of documents to appropriate teams or individuals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of processed faxes in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare standards.
- Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding fax-related queries.
- Provide information and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to clarify information, request additional documentation, or provide updates as required.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Preferred Skills:
Should be willing to work in night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM)
- Should be willing to work from office mode.
- Any degree / diploma is considered as mandatory
- Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
- Should possess good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office (Excel Knowledge mandatory.
- Should be willing to work for Minimum 1 year.
- Freshers or experience in other fields with our expected skill set can also apply
