Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a NOC or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
