Position: Field Sales Executive

CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our team in Burdwan. The role focuses on customer acquisition, product promotion, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Promote company products and explain benefits to clients.
- Provide after-sales support as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduation (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
