Quality Standards Compliance
- Ensure hospital-wide adherence to NABH guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct regular quality audits in all departments (clinical & non-clinical).
- Identify non-compliances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain and update all NABH-related documentation, SOPs, policies, and manuals.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality reports.
- Maintain department-wise checklists and records for inspections.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct staff orientation and periodic training programs on NABH standards.
- Promote a culture of quality and patient safety among all hospital staff.
Internal Audits & Monitoring
- Schedule and conduct internal audits as per NABH requirements.
- Monitor hospital processes for infection control, patient safety, and service quality.
Incident & Feedback Management
- Track patient complaints, incidents, and sentinel events, ensuring root cause analysis and closure.
- Collect, analyze, and act upon patient and staff feedback to improve services.
Coordination for NABH Assessments
- Act as the single point of contact for NABH assessors during surveillance or final assessments.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure readiness for assessments at any time.
