Bandish Productions is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Producer / Arranger & Composer to create original music for a wide range of visual media. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling through sound, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to deliver high-quality compositions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose, arrange, and produce original music for films, advertisements, documentaries, digital content, and branded videos.
- Collaborate with directors and writers to align music with story, emotion, and pacing.
- Guide vocalists and session musicians during recordings.
- Handle recording, programming, and basic mixing.
- Revise tracks based on team/client feedback.
- Stay current with music trends, tools, and production styles.
- Ensure timely delivery of polished audio.
- Maintain proper licensing, rights, and documentation.
- Uphold Bandish’s creative vision and storytelling standards.
