Key Responsibilities
- Guide 6 to 12-year-old children using the Montessori approach
- Present lessons to individuals and small groups, based on readiness
- Observe and support children's emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain learning records and developmental observations
- Create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized classroom environment
- Build positive communication with parents, colleagues, and school leaders
- Participate actively in training, school events, and parent meetings
- Uphold and represent Vruksha’s values with integrity and care

- Educators with primary class experience ( Grade 1 to 6 )

What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in a school environment
