- Providing technical support: Providing real-time analytical support to leadership teams on issues like productivity and quality
- Maintaining MIS: Maintaining the organization's existing MIS
- Creating documentation: Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
- Advance Excel
Preferred candidate profile: Must know advance Excel
