Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Data Management & Uploads
- Upload and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Ensure data consistency and rectify errors during uploads.
2. Lead Churning & Distribution
- Process and prioritize leads for effective distribution to relevant teams.
- Organize and maintain a streamlined lead distribution workflow.
3. Excel & Google Sheet Operations
- Perform data entry and basic analysis using Excel.
- Utilize basic to intermediate tools such as formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables.
- Collaborate with team members on shared Google Sheets for real-time updates.
4. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of data and reports.
5. CRM Operations
- Regularly update and manage data in the CRM platform.
- Support internal teams with accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Skills & Qualifications:-
Educational Background: Any Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1-2yrs (Minimum of 6 months in a similar role.)
Technical Proficiency:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive task
