Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in data management, ERP systems, and reporting. The ideal candidate must be highly efficient in Google Sheets, Advanced MS Excel, and well versed in various Excel formulas to support the organization with accurate and timely data analysis and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports to support operations & another department.
- Extract and analyses data from Software systems for management reporting.
- Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across systems and reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, and condition formatting.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.
- Maintain proper documentation and backups for all MIS-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate candidate with minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Proven working experience with ERP systems (mention specific ERP if known).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, including collaborative features and formulas.
- Strong command over MS Excel Formulas:
