Key responsibilities include generating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, troubleshooting system issues, automating tasks, and staying updated on technology to advise management and improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and macros, and familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI is often required.

- Communication Skills:The ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
- Project Management:Experience in managing projects, setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets is a plus.
