An MIS Executive manages and maintains an organization's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficient reporting to support business operations and decision-making. They are responsible for data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and providing technical support to users
1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data:
Gather data from various sources, analyze it to identify trends and patterns, and prepare reports for different departments.
2. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
3. Generating regular and ad-hoc reports:
Create reports that provide insights into business performance, track key metrics, and support decision-making processes. Scores of all employees for review & appraisal function
4. Presenting data effectively:
Able to Prepare and work on Google sheets & excel dashboards & presentations.
5. Developing and implementing data management strategies:
They may be involved in creating and enforcing policies and procedures for data management. 6. Identifying areas for improvement:
Develop daily, weekly & monthly formats to analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
7. Ensuring data security and compliance:
implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulation
8 Should be able to write/create Work Instruction & S.O.P. in English & Hindi as per the instructions.
Skills Required
1. Well versed with MS office, Advance Excel, Power point, Google sheet.
2. Able to type work instructions in Hindi & English
3. Excellent communication skills(Hindi & English) both written & communication.
