Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll in compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain payroll records, prepare payslips, and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Manage employee reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and deductions (e.q., PF, ESI, TDS, loans)
Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and audit support.
- Handle queries related to salary, taxes, and other pay-related matters.HR MIS (Management Information System):
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and databases (attendance, attrition, neadcount, etc.).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., manpower reports, leave trends, attrition analysis.
- Automate and streamline MIS reports for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and records.Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and compliance requirements (Coordinate with Consultant on timely payments and challan generations (EPF, ESIC,
- Income Tax, etc.)
- Generate and file necessary statutory returns and reports on time.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and document management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR and administrative functions.
- Assist in audits, budgeting, and year-end processing.
