Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between various branches and units, ensuring seamless order processing, timely follow-ups with clients, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch communications.
Key Responsibility :
- Coordinate effectively with internal branches and production units to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enter and manage sales orders accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers for delivery updates and payment collection.
- Maintain and track AWB (Air Waybill) numbers and ensure all client communications are properly documented.
- Support in documentation, dispatch planning, and customer service-related tasks.
- Address client queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skill
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / related field).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/sales software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills
