Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist & Virtual Assistant (American Accent Required)

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe medical notes, charts, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, patient communication, and managing electronic records.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a clear American accent.
- Assist with virtual office tasks including email management, data entry, and coordination with staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Must-Have Qualities:
- Strong transcription skills with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Clear American accent with excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a healthcare or business setting.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in medical transcription and virtual assistance.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
