Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical and scientific support to the sales, marketing, and regulatory teams.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for medical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct medical training for field force (e.g., sales reps) to ensure understanding of disease areas and product knowledge.
- Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to share scientific information and gather insights.
- Assist in designing and implementing clinical studies, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), and post-marketing surveillance (PMS) programs.
- Respond to medical information queries from doctors, patients, or internal stakeholders.
- Support adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance processes by coordinating with the safety team.
- Prepare scientific presentations, literature reviews, and clinical updates.
- Stay updated with the latest medical and scientific developments relevant to the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
- Liaise with regulatory affairs teams for compliance with local laws (e.g., DCGI in India) and global pharma standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, or related field (e.g., B. Pharm, M. Pharm, MBBS, MD).
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, clinical research, and therapeutic areas relevant to the company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance, medical writing, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory).
- Willing to travel
