Medical Coders
Location: Kolkata, WB
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Time: 7 PM to 4 AM
We are looking for detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Coders to join our team at our onsite location in Kolkata, Sector V.
Responsibilities:
- As a Medical Coder, you will play a critical role in the healthcare documentation process by accurately translating patient care into standardized codes. Your work will directly support hospital reimbursement, data quality, and compliance with national regulations.
- Success in this role means maintaining high levels of coding accuracy (minimum 95%), meeting productivity targets, and demonstrating a strong understanding of coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT-4). You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is central to our commitment to data integrity and quality healthcare service delivery.
Eligibility:
- We are seeking professionals who can start within one week of receiving an offer. Whether you're a certified fresher or have up to a year of experience in medical coding, we'd love to hear from you.
- Candidate(s) must be willing to work onsite. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
