Job Title: MDM Architect/Lead (IBM MDM, Reltio)

Location: Hyderabad/Pune

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Architect/Lead to join our growing data management team. This critical role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MDM principles and hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms, with a strong focus on IBM InfoSphere MDM and Reltio. A proven track record of building MDM solutions from scratch is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and integration requirements.
  
• Develop and implement MDM solutions using IBM InfoSphere MDM and Reltio.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  
• Design and implement data models, matching and merging rules, data quality rules, and data governance workflows. 
  
  
• Integrate MDM solutions with various source systems, including CRM, ERP, and data warehouses.
  
• Develop and maintain APIs for accessing and managing master data.
  
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues.
  
• Mentor and guide junior MDM developers.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MDM trends and technologies.
  
• Contribute to the development of MDM best practices and standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 10 to 20 years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM). 
  
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM and Reltio.
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing MDM solutions from scratch.
  
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  
• Strong data modeling skills and experience with various data modeling techniques.
  
• Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes.
  
• Experience with data quality management and data governance.
  
• Strong understanding of API development and RESTful web services.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with data governance tools.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  

Additional Assets:

• Experience with other MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Stibo Systems MDM, TIBCO EBX, Profisee).
  
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence.
  
• Certifications in relevant MDM platforms.
  
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.
