Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MBBS-registered doctor with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality medical care to patients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of health conditions across general medicine. Experience in handling outpatient, inpatient, and emergency cases is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic diseases.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Monitor and manage inpatient and outpatient treatments.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays, ECGs).
- Provide emergency care and first-line management of critical cases.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure adherence to ethical medical practices and healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance, and continuous medical education (CME) activities.
- Supervise and guide junior medical staff or interns, if required.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council (MCI/State Medical Council).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in hospitals or clinics.
- Additional certifications in [e.g., ACLS, BLS, Emergency Medicine] are a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning.
Work Conditions:
- May require shift duties including night or weekend rotations.
- Exposure to clinical environments, including emergencies and critical care.
