Kramah Software is a 13+ year old software product development company based in Bangalore. We specialize in ERP, Accreditation software like NAAC, NBA and NIRF, LMS, and other software solutions designed for colleges, universities, and educational institutions. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for passionate Marketing Executives (Non-IT) to support our growth.
Role: Marketing Executive – Non-IT
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in marketing operations, sales coordination, and data management. The role requires work from office for the first 3 months, after which you may choose to work from home based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather and compile relevant data from various sources for marketing purposes.
- Data Cleansing & Organization: Ensure accuracy and structure of marketing and sales data.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, brochures, content sharing, and outreach activities.
- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with lead data.
- Market Research: Assist in identifying target audiences, competitors, and trends.
- Communication Support: Help with email campaigns, content distribution, and basic client communication.
- Reporting: Maintain and update marketing-related reports for management review.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers only
- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, etc.) – Non-IT background is welcome.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a team.
- Must be willing to join immediately.
Interview Process:
- Round 1: Telephonic Interview.
- Round 2: Technical/Managerial Discussion (in-office or online).
- Round 3: Final Interview with Management.
Work Mode & Flexibility:
- Work from Office: First 3 months (Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore).
- After 3 months: Option to choose Work from Home (based on performance).
