Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase hospital visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Conduct outreach activities such as health camps, corporate tie-ups, school/college programs, and community events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote specialty services (OPD, Health Check-ups, ICU, IVF, etc.).
- Execute digital marketing and social media initiatives in coordination with the hospital’s online presence team.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in designing brochures, banners, and promotional material.
- Support patient engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
