We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated team player with the experience and skills to lead marketing coordination and management of proposals for our Diagnostics team. In addition to the qualifications listed below, this individual will possess a strong “can-do” service attitude.
In this position, the qualified individual will require an intentional focus on:
- Use of Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures
- Research and technical writing to enhance our existing literature and develop new collateral
- Coordination with business development leadership in the strategic development of marketing collateral
- Update and maintain marketing collateral and database
- Develop and maintain project stories, resumes, and boilerplate content in alignment with brand standards.
- Provide quality control and editorial oversight of marketing collateral and proposal materials.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of interview presentations and other shortlist
- Coordinate with the CRM/data team to maintain accurate pursuit records and content
- 0 – 4 years of experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering or commercial real estate organization) is preferred.
- BA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign is required.
