ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives across the Nutricana and Tapasya brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong coordination, and analytical thinking to support branding, campaign execution, content development, market research, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving impactful marketing strategies for rural and agri-based markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, digital, on-ground events, and dealer activations.
- Content & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to develop product brochures, banners, videos, social media content, dealer kits, and press releases.
- Brand Building & Promotion:
Ensure consistent brand representation across materials and campaigns. Support initiatives that strengthen visibility and recall in target markets.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis, collect farmer and dealer insights, track industry trends, and compile actionable reports for management.
- Sales & Field Support:
Coordinate with sales teams to gather on-ground feedback, understand regional needs, and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Digital & Social Media Support:
Schedule and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Events & Exhibitions:
Organize logistics and promotional materials for trade fairs, melas, dealer meets, and other outreach events.
- Project & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, and promotional partners to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables.
- Data & Documentation:
Maintain campaign calendars, brand asset libraries, project trackers, and marketing budget records.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, design, technical, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Agri-Business, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in brand coordination, agri-marketing, or B2B/B2C marketing support roles
- Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Basic design and content development knowledge
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus
