* Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
* Good pitching & presentation skills – you should know how to sell an idea with flair
* Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / reels / creative tools
* Confidence to handle social media, content writing, and marketing assistance
* Positive attitude, street smarts & quick thinking

Experience in event marketing or influencer outreach
Reels/video editing skills
A good aesthetic sense for youth-centric branding

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the marketing team in content creation & campaign execution
Pitching creative ideas for events, campaigns, and promotions
Assisting in social media strategy, influencer collaborations & brand activations
Being the voice & vibe of Rival Rebound across platforms
