About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and people-oriented "Talent Solutions Partner". You will identify
client needs, build relationships with decision-makers, and offer top tech talent to support their digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Outreach
● Identify potential businesses with IT talent needs
● Engage with CXOs, Talent Heads, and Tech Leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
● Understand client pain points and hiring challenges
Solution Selling & Talent Mapping
● Propose suitable candidates (developers, testers, designers, etc.) from Metafic's
resource pool
● Customize talent solutions based on project or team requirements
Lead Generation & CRM Management
● Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and follow-ups using tools like
HubSpot or Zoho
● Nurture leads through consistent engagement and pipeline tracking
Collaboration & Support
● Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment
● Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and other sales collateral
GTM Campaign Execution
● Participate in planning and executing outbound campaigns for client acquisition
Discovery Call & Client Handling
● Schedule and support client calls; assist senior sales leaders during discovery sessions
Requirements
● BBA/MBA (Sales, Marketing, or HR specialization preferred)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
● Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented
● Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, QA, UI/UX, etc.)
● Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho is a plus
● Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling
