Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Executive (Fresher) located in Kolkata.
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting in business growth activities. The role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm for sales, and the ability to engage with healthcare professionals and diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Present company products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups, maintain sales records, and support CRM data entry.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for social media promotions, events, and brand visibility.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining services to clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
