Responsible for Installation and Commissioning for Medium Engines business in

Navy, Coast Guard and Commercial Marine Markets

 Ability to drive the expansion of Marine Project Business in Domestic Market

 Possesses a Growth Mind-set, Growth Avenues (Generation of spare parts business

during project assignments)

 Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - due date performance (Nil LD)

 Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives,

partners, and the workforce.

 Work with the team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals,

and related plans and policies.

 Conflict Management – Work at minimizing the potential negative impacts that can

arise from disagreements and increase the odds of a positive outcome

 Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions with an ability to

inspire confidence and create trust.

 Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and

standards specially for Marine market

 Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
