- Maintain accurate logs of work performed, inspections, incidents, and repairs.
- Provide direction or mentorship to junior staff or helpers under supervision.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Technical certification: ITI (Wireman / electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, light mechanical maintenance, HVAC or boiler/genset systems is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (B license) may be required for certain tasks or mobility around property sites.
