Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist HR functions.
- Handle courier, filing systems, and internal communication protocols.
Maintenance Duties:
- Perform routine checks on electrical, plumbing, and office equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external service providers.
- Oversee office cleanliness, safety compliance, and facility upkeep.
- Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals of utilities and services.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
