Requirements
2–4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and traditional ML models
Strong background in model optimization and MLOps
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to build scalable AI solutions for real-world applications
Responsibilities
Develop and fine-tune LLMs for NLP tasks relevant to financial services
Build and deploy ML models for classification, regression, and recommendation systems
Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform
Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and data
