Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, articulate, and sales-driven Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and delivering personalized service to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage clients in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury products
- Provide a tailored shopping experience through in-depth product knowledge and personal styling advice
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent after-sales service and follow-ups
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on current fashion and product trends, new launches, and promotional activities
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and tact
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory checks and replenishment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation and customer-centric approach
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially French, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus
- Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality Management
- CRM experience in handling HNI/VIP clientele
