Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Faculty with 2-4 years of industrial experience to train and mentor students in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have practical industry expertise and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Transportation Systems.
- Develop industry-relevant course content, case studies, and real-world projects.
- Guide students on practical applications and problem-solving in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Conduct assessments, projects, and interactive learning sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into teaching.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course effectiveness and student learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of industrial experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations,Import& Export,Frieght forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of logistics management software, ERP systems, and industry best practices.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward industry readiness.
