We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal associate to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract review, legal research, and compliance support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate printing of high-priority documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Coordinate and manage the daily printing requirements, ensuring that all materials are error-free and ready for meetings, presentations, or events.
- Develop and implement a standardized file naming convention for both digital and physical documents.
- Organize, classify, and archive both electronic and hard copy files in a manner that ensures quick retrieval, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Regularly audit and update the filing system to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Input data from scanned or printed documents into various internal databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data entry.
- Coordinate the preparation and processing of sensitive documents for distribution to stakeholders.
- Assist with creating digital backups of important files to prevent loss of critical information.
- Ensure the timely delivery of documents and materials required for executive decision-making and day-to-day operations.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Ensure all document management practices adhere to organizational policies, data protection laws, and compliance standards.

- Education: LLB
- Personal Traits:
- Strong work ethic and initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially with office equipment and document management challenges.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with top-level executives, clients, and stakeholders.
