- Ensure the safety of pool users by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Perform lifesaving techniques and administer first aid as required.

- Contribute to the spa's sales efforts and promote various services and activities within the resort.
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area, adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and improve lifesaving skills and knowledge.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pool chemicals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the pool area as assigned.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
