Liaison & Compliance Officer
- Track rule changes/fee updates across all consulates; update internal checklists and CRM.
- Review random file samples to ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct compliance trainings for counselors and back-office teams.
- Prepare for and coordinate external audits/inspections.
- Maintain a central repository of legal/compliance circulars.
