We’re looking for a Level Designer who can craft engaging, well-balanced 3D levels tailored for shooter gameplay. You’ll collaborate closely with artists and game designers to ensure visual and gameplay cohesion, take part in playtests, and iterate based on feedback to improve flow, layout, and the overall player experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging 3D levels with immersive layouts tailored for shooter gameplay.
- Collaborate closely with artists to build visually striking and cohesive environments.
- Work with game designers to align level design with core gameplay systems.
- Iterate and refine levels based on player feedback and playtest results.
- Step into a producer role when needed to ensure timely project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in level design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and 3D level design proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Unity, ProBuilder, modular kits, and 3D modelling tools.
- Solid understanding of map production workflows and build processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills—especially in the context of shooter games.
