Job Summary:
We are hiring a Legal Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to assist in handling legal work including contract drafting, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal legal documents
- Maintain organized records of contracts, legal correspondence, and filings
- Support company secretarial and compliance work including ROC filings, MCA documentation, and legal registers
- Conduct basic legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel on documentation requirements
- Monitor and track contract timelines, renewal dates, and compliance calendars
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and internal reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- 1–2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal department
- Strong understanding of corporate and contract law
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple documents and deadlines
- Must be currently residing in Mumbai

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹335,000.00 per year
