- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal articles
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents including contracts, memos, and correspondence
- Assist with document management, filing, and organizing legal files
- Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, and transactions
- Review company policies and procedures for compliance with applicable laws
- Assist in regulatory compliance matters, including filings and licensing
- Participate in internal meetings and take notes or minutes when required
- Perform other administrative and legal duties as assigned
