Job Description
We are seeking a Lead - Business Systems Services to contribute meaningfully to planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where the person will partner with FP&A through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining and adopting system improvements. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Systems Services.
Role and Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning
Oversee system integrations to ensure they align with the company’s HRIS (Workday) and ERP (NetSuite) systems.
Provide business support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concerns.
Monitor system performance, manage database backups, and ensure the availability and security of financial data.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users.
Assist in the development and generation of financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in financial systems administration with hands-on experience managing Adaptive Planning
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Proficient in database management, system integration, and data migration techniques.
Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Knowledge of data security protocols, user access controls, and regulatory requirements.
