- Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping) for daily meals
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
- Support cooks during peak hours with basic tasks like plating and garnishing
- Occasionally assist with packing take-out orders or serving food
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies
- Worked in Chinese or North Indian restaurant
