Location: Kochi (Onsite)

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT infrastructure, system support, and network troubleshooting. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, supporting users, and ensuring our internal IT environment runs smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, health status, and system logs
- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux-based systems
- Perform data backups and assist in recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage NAS storage and VPN configurations
- Apply system updates, patches, and basic configuration changes
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Assist in IT policy enforcement and audit preparations
- Collaborate with the IT team and demonstrate a problem-solving attitude
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting tools and command-line utilities
- Understanding of NAS storage, VPNs, routers, and switches
- RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) certification preferred
- Good time management and troubleshooting skills
- A proactive, learning-driven mindset
