About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Associate to support our Chief Business Officer in managing and optimizing sales processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across teams, maintaining sales momentum, and enabling strategic decision-making in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Support
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation of relevant materials.
- Support the CBO in managing and reviewing the sales funnel, tracking progress across stages.
- Organize and facilitate internal review meetings to assess pipeline health and deal status.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses and engagement from internal stakeholders.
- Chase internal progress to move deals forward and close opportunities efficiently.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and current client, lead, and opportunity data.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and pipeline metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and support periodic audits of sales records.
Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and propose improvements.
- Assist in implementing tools and workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
Market & Client Intelligence
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare briefing documents and presentations for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Provide administrative support to the CBO including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights from sales data and client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or client services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
