Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to achieve business goals.
- Manage company’s social media presence and online reputation.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to improve strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
