Role description
We are seeking an experienced AV & Video Conferencing Support Technician to provide both remote and in-person support for high-profile meetings and events. This client-facing role is based onsite at our prestigious client's office in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will remain composed under pressure, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including executive leadership—and deliver outstanding technical support in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
This role requires a strong background in meeting and conferencing technologies (especially BlueJeans, AV systems, and VC platforms), along with excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end AV and conferencing support for daily meetings (remote or onsite)
Set up and test video conferencing systems, including BlueJeans and other platforms
Support executive-level users with poise, professionalism, and discretion
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on PC and Mac systems
Conduct system checks and ensure all AV equipment is functioning optimally
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless support
Deliver clear technical guidance to users and document best practices
Continuously identify and implement process and service improvements
Maintain flexibility for rotating shifts, including occasional on-call coverage
Qualifications:
3–4 years of corporate IT experience in a similar AV/VC support role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of conferencing tools (e.g., BlueJeans, WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams)
Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
