· Updating day-to-day entries using tally
· Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
· Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
· Handling overseas remittances against Export Orders
· Keeping track of remittances and providing settlement instructions to banks
· Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
