Job Overview:
The Research Associate in the Biologics Division will support the research and development of biologic products. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experimental Work: Conduct laboratory experiments including cell culture, protein expression, and purification techniques.
- Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data and prepare reports summarizing findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with scientists to design and implement experiments that support product development.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and procedures, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
- SOP Development: Assist in the creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory practices.
- Literature Review: Stay informed on current scientific literature and advancements in biologics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in techniques such as ELISA, Western blotting, and cell culture.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret experimental data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
