We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for jewelry and fashion, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry products based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, quality, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle billing, packaging, and inventory updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom/display counters.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with current trends in jewelry and customer preferences.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software familiarity is a plus)
- Attention to detail and good presentation skills
