Responsibilities:
Responsible for demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with the stakeholders.
Area(s) of responsibility
JDE – Order to Cash – 4C/5A
Domain Specific / Technical – Sales and Distribution.
- Overall, 5-7 years of experience in testing with at least 3+ years on Order to Cash Functional Consultant and other modules.
- Sound knowledge of Sales order entry, Consignment Process, Advance Pricing, Service and warranty management, Logistics, Sales Inquiry, and sales order reports
- Working knowledge of interfaces
- Sound knowledge of Inventory setup, Daily processing, Costing and Planning modules, Periodic processing and Global updates and purges.
- Experience in leading or managing a 10+ member QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
- Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
- Experience on Test Case Desing, Reviews and Defect Management
- Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of JDE Modules
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of JDE.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Experience on Test Strategy and Planning for JDE Implementation, Upgrade or Enhancements
- Improve test automation quality in terms test coverage, test results.
- Leverage the solution manager capabilities for test management, business documentation etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Test Estimation, Planning and Managing of Testing Team for JDE Implementation and Upgrades
- Formulate / review software testing strategies for all projects under the business line.
Responsible for demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with the stakeholders.
- Ensure that all testing engagements will follow the test principles, guidelines and are compliant with the overall project guidelines.
- Ensure that testing practice properly evolve to guarantee the operation, performance, and usability.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and define the projects for improving the systems.
- Responsible for building testing roadmap, bringing in reusability, test automation and continuous improvements.
- Manage the relationship with the other IT technical Teams, such as Dev, DBA Admin and the infrastructure.
- Manage testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
- Prepare / review / present test reports.
- Analyze test results and test metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
