As a IVF/ Infertility coordinator, you will be responsible for providing emotional and psychological support to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including in vitro fertilization (IVF). You will work closely with our medical team to offer counseling services, help patients cope with the emotional challenges associated with infertility, and provide guidance through all stages of the IVF process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, egg donation, and surrogacy.
- Conduct psychological assessments to determine patient needs and provide personalized emotional support.
- Offer guidance on coping mechanisms for patients and their families facing infertility-related stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
- Work collaboratively with fertility specialists, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide pre-treatment counseling to prepare patients for IVF cycles and post-treatment counseling to address emotional well-being after treatment.
- Offer counseling on reproductive loss, including miscarriage and failed cycles, helping patients navigate grief and loss.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Assisting to the record session of infertility cases/surgeries in OT.
- Stay current on best practices in reproductive psychology and IVF-related counseling techniques.
- Ensure that all counseling services are in compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Life science, Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical counseling, with at least 2 years in a fertility or reproductive health setting.
- Deep understanding of infertility, IVF, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Experience with crisis intervention, grief counseling, and psychological assessments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Working hours: 10am to 6pm.
Extra hours: Depending on the OT cases.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
