Job Summary
We are looking for motivated ITI Freshers to join as Operators in our wire drawing plant. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing industrial setup. The role involves hands-on work in production or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in wire drawing or utility machine operations
- Follow instructions and support senior technicians
- Conduct basic quality checks and maintain a clean work area
- Strictly follow safety protocols and company SOPs
- Report equipment issues or process deviations to the supervisor
Requirements
- ITI pass in any trade: Fitter / Electrician / Turner / Wireman / R&A / Mechanical, etc.
- Fresher (0–1 year experience)
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) – Mandatory
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Quick learner with a good attitude and discipline
Working Conditions
- Industrial shop floor with machinery, noise, and heat
- 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
