We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company providing virtual care infrastructure to primary and specialty care groups in the U.S. We deliver Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care programs through a blend of innovative technology and clinical operations.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Generalist to manage our IT environment, support employees, and set up cloud environments for projects. You’ll work with Office365, Azure and/or AWS, VOIP systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and SaaS tools, while also using AI tools to troubleshoot, automate, and improve efficiency. This is a growth role in a small, high-impact startup. You will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities, work directly with leadership, and gain exposure to new technologies as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Office365 accounts, Teams, SharePoint access, licenses, and security policies.
- Administer Azure and/or AWS resources: VMs, RDP, networking, permissions.
- Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for employees (hardware, software, VOIP, SaaS).
- Troubleshoot Windows laptops, VPNs, Phone.com, Twilio, Rippling, EMRs.
- Build and maintain secure cloud environments for internal/client projects.
- Use AI-powered tools for troubleshooting, scripting, and automation.
- Maintain IT documentation, access logs, and asset inventory.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines for data security and enforce secure access.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years in IT admin/support in SMB or startup environments.
- Strong in Office365 (including Teams and SharePoint) + Azure or AWS (both preferred).
- Familiarity with VOIP platforms and cloud hosting basics.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience using AI tools for IT workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
- Eager to learn and grow into new areas like advanced cloud design, automation, and
security.
- Both Azure and AWS experience.
- Healthcare IT / EMR experience.
- Basic Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
